ABSTRACT

Extraterrestrials, Whales and US Navy Sonar Testing

Joan Ocean, MS

We've all heard about the plans to weaponize space, but what about our oceans? Swimming with dolphins and whales in the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea for decades, I have seen many anomalous lights and quietly moving objects that are not natural to the oceans. There are vehicles beneath the surface of the sea, mostly undetected, but sometimes seen by residents who live and work in the waters around the Big Island and elsewhere.

I became concerned when I noticed the U.S. Navy ships were using the Hawaiian Marine Mammal Sanctuary, birthing and mating areas of the Humpback whales for their testing of high decibel sonar. Why test it here? Why test it along the coast of California where the whales are migrating? And in the shallows of the Bahamas where the beaked whales live?

Many places I visit for cetacean communication, I see the ships which carry Navy hardware. Is there a relationship between the cetaceans and the testing of low and mid frequency sonar? What are the whales telling us about this?

As someone who has spent over 30 thousand hours in the ocean with dolphins and whales, I have learned to communicate and understand their messages to humanity.
The whales and dolphins live in a world of Frequency. They are masters of vibrations, using their powerful sonar to find food, navigate over thousands of miles, communicate with each other via the SOFAR channel, and interact with grid lines that are essential for the well being of the planet. What would happen if their harmonic frequencies were warped, disrupted or ended forever?

I will reveal to you my experiences of the lights in the ocean, the whales' messages, the Navy's possible and impossible intentions and a deep understanding of the extraterrestrials who also live on Earth and navigate freely in the oceans of the world.
