This Premiere Three Day Conference offers 11 Visionary Presenters as well as Music, Booths, post conference Workshops and a Dolphin Swim.In its third year, the conference once again will welcome approximately 150 registrants, most attending the entire event, as well as non-registrant traffic to vendor area. (One third of our registrants are local from Big Island & surrounding islands, and the rest come from the U.S. mainland as well as an international contingent coming from Japan, Australia and Canada.)
CONFERENCE VENDOR AREA IS OPEN TO ALL CONFERENCE ATTENDEES
AS WELL AS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR FREEVendor Booth Info:
Booths are comprised of one 8ft skirted table & 2 chairs - the price is $250 for the three days of the event.1) You are responsible for setting up your own booth and keeping it clean and rubbish free during and after the Conference. A fee of $25 will be charged if you leave behind any rubbish after the conference closes on Sunday, May 18.
2) There are no dividers on the spaces. You are encouraged to bring decorative items to enhance your booth. Be set-up and ready to receive Conference attendees by opening time (posted below in Vendor Schedule) each day of the event.
3) Signs must look professionally done & are subject to approval by conference organizers.
4) Vendors are solely responsible for overseeing their own booth and product. The Earth Transformation Conference will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. (**Please use good judgement in removing or covering key items when not in attendance.)
5) All speaker presentations are followed by a 1/2 hour or 1 1/2 hour break. These are very high traffic times for the vendor area and vendors are required to be at their booths during these times. (Please see schedule for times)- Featured Speaker Presentations require 'One day' or 'Three day' passes - these are offered at 1/2 price to vendors. (*1/2 price passes limited to two people per booth).
- Keynote Dinner Banquet tickets (with David Wilcock) are $75 by advance purchase only.
A very limited number of booths are offered to vendors whose products or services reflect the spirit of this transformational event. Once vendor space is approved by the conference organizers, payment is required to reserve your space.

VENDOR SCHEDULE:
Friday, May 16:
-Vendor check-in & set-up begins at 11:30 am
-Must be set-up and ready to receive Conference Attendees by 1 pm (Opening ceremony begins at 2 pm)
-Vendor area will close at 7:30 pm
Saturday, May 17:
-Must be set-up and ready to receive Conference Attendees by 10:00 am
-Vendor area will close at 6:30 pm
Sunday, May 18:
-Must be set-up and ready to receive Conference Attendees by 10:00 am
-Vendors may begin tear down no earlier than 4:00 pm. Vendor area will close at 6:30 pm
